Prashant Khandave

Prashant Khandave has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Prashant started their career in 2002 as a Field Sales Executive at Indoco Remedies Ltd. After two years, they moved to Fortune Pharma Pvt. Ltd where they worked as an HR Executive until 2008. Prashant then joined Cipla Ltd and served as a Management Staff member for nine years. In 2017, they joined Inventia Healthcare Limited, initially as a Sr Manager in the HR & Admin department. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant General Manager in the same department.

Prashant Khandave completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1998 and 2002. Prashant went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources & Marketing from the same university between 2005 and 2007.
