Andrew Sexton

Andrew Sexton, Ph.D., is the Head of Engineering at Inventia Life Science since November 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing engineering and product development strategies and managing quarterly revenue targets for the RASTRUM bioprinter portfolio. Previously, Andrew held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer, leading product development outcomes and establishing technical support processes for bioprinter commercialization. Andrew’s experience also includes serving as a Student Coach at Startmate, conducting research as a Ph.D. candidate at Stokes Laboratories with a focus on microscale fluidic heat exchangers, and providing IT support at the University of Limerick. Andrew obtained both a Bachelor's degree and a Research Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Limerick.
