Jessica Tan

Jessica Tan is a seasoned professional in customer success and scientific sales with extensive experience across the APAC and Pacific regions. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Inventia Life Science since February 2022, Jessica is responsible for strategic account growth in Australia and leads customer success efforts in the region while demonstrating expertise in change management. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at ADInstruments from August 2015 to November 2021, culminating in the role of Senior Scientific Sales Specialist, where responsibilities included managing sales territories and cultivating client relationships. Jessica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biotechnology from UNSW and a Bachelor of Medical Science in Biomedical Sciences from Macquarie University.
