Martin Engel

Martin Engel is a seasoned professional in the life sciences sector, currently serving as Senior Business Development Manager APAC and Principal Scientist at Inventia Life Science since April 2019, focusing on expanding the company's 3D cell culture product portfolio through global partnerships. Previously, Martin held several roles at the University of Wollongong from August 2011 to April 2021, including Head of Life Science Strategy and Lead Scientist, conducting neurobiological research on Alzheimer's disease and schizophrenia. Martin also contributed as an Adjunct Lecturer, educating students in biological psychology and related disciplines, and worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the Illawarra Health and Medical Research Institute.
