Maulisha Chawla

Maulisha Chawla is an experienced professional currently serving as the Office Operations and Laboratory Manager at Inventia Life Science since August 2022. Previously, Maulisha held various roles at UNSW BABS Society, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Executive and Public Relations and Arts Subcommittee Member from January 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, Maulisha worked as an Honours Student at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute under the supervision of Prof Sally Dunwoodie, focusing on the application of high-throughput protein screens in the Notch signalling pathway. As Project Lead at UNSW, Maulisha spearheaded a digital campaign promoting inclusivity and diversity in science, also hosting a seminar on neurodiversity in STEM. Earlier experience includes serving as a Medical Receptionist at Golden Cross Medical Centre, where Maulisha managed patient interactions in a high-paced environment. Maulisha Chawla holds a Bachelor of Biotechnology (Honours Class I) from UNSW, with education from Parramatta High School and St Vincent Primary Ashfield.
