Lars Andersen

Lars Andersen began their work experience in 2008 as a Volunteer at AFS Intercultural Programs, where they stayed until 2014. In 2010, they became a Board Member at AFS Interkultur Danmark and also started working as an Entrepreneur at Wasteauction. In 2012, they worked as an Innovation Associate at Innovation Center Denmark. Lars then moved on to become a Student Assistant at The Medical Doctor's Pension Bank from 2008 to 2010. In 2013, they became a Project Management Assistant at IBM, and in 2014, they joined Inventio.IT A/S as a Business Consultant. At Inventio.IT A/S, Lars held the role of Head of Support & Trainee Management starting from May 2019. Later in 2018, they briefly worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Visma before returning to Inventio.IT A/S.

Lars Andersen began their education in 2003 at Tønder Handelsskole, where they pursued a degree in HHX. From 2006 to 2009, they attended Copenhagen Business School, earning a Bsc degree in Business, Language & Culture. Moving forward, Lars pursued further education in the field of management and innovation. From 2010 to 2012, they studied at Copenhagen Business School, obtaining an Msc degree in Management of Innovation and Business Development. In 2012, Lars attended Stanford University for a brief period, specializing in Executive Innovation Management.
