Monique Bailey

Monique Bailey has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Monique started their career in 2004 as a Dispatcher/Window Clerk at Worldcolor, where they worked until 2008. In 2006, they joined Share One, Inc. as a Web Designer, designing and developing websites for Federal Credit Unions across the country. Monique also assisted in the design of home banking software and credit union core processing software. In 2011, Monique joined Inventory Locator Service, LLC as a Senior Front End Developer and UI/UX Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for designing and maintaining the ILS Application Design System and the ILSmart Members Marketplace website. Monique implemented brand consistency and standards strategy across all applications.

Monique Bailey attended ITT Technical Institute from 2004 to 2007, earning an Associates degree in Multimedia. In 2019, they obtained two additional certifications: "Creating a Design System with Sketch" and "Managing a Design System with Sketch" from LinkedIn.
