Nicole Figueroa has a diverse background in human resources, executive assistance, and social services. Currently at InvenTrust Properties Corp. since January 2014, roles include Human Resources and Executive Assistant to CEO Tom McGuinness, with previous responsibilities encompassing support to the CFO and senior vice president of transactions. Prior experience includes accounting at DNH Business Consultants and working as a Residential Youth Care Professional at Shelter, Inc., providing care to at-risk youth. An internship at Little Friends, Inc. involved facilitating social skills groups and individual counseling for children on the Autism Spectrum.
