Jacque Colbert

Jacque Colbert is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Google since September 2020. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Colbert previously held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at VMware and contributed as an Organizational Change Strategist at ConocoPhillips, focusing on change strategy for one of the largest integrated energy companies in the U.S. Colbert also has a background in diversity and inclusion, having been the HR Director at Dell, where responsibilities included talent management, organizational development, and culture initiatives. In addition, Colbert shares knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Baker University School of Professional and Graduate Studies and holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Master’s degree in Management and Human Resources from Baker University.
