Sara M. Campbell

Sara M. Campbell has a diverse work experience in the accounting field. Sara M. started their career as a Junior Staff Accountant at SMW Trading Company in 1998, where they handled journal entries, reviewed and analyzed the general ledger, and balanced customer trading accounts. Sara M. then moved on to MB Real Estate in 2000, working as a Portfolio Accountant. In this role, Sara performed month-end close procedures, oversaw regional accounts payable and accounts receivable, and provided variance analysis explanations. In 2002, they joined Equity Office Properties Trust as a Senior Property Accountant, responsible for reviewing general ledger details and recording journal entries. Sara M. later became the Assistant Controller, where they handled accounting and reporting for a 20 million SQF portfolio, prepared variance reports, and analyzed financial results. In 2008, Sara joined HEITMAN LLC as an Assistant Vice President, focusing on investor accounting. Their responsibilities included maintaining proper records for various JV partners and investment clients, preparing quarterly reports, and creating valuation models. Sara M. then worked at Matthew Baker, Inc as an Accounting Manager from 2009 to 2011 before joining InvenTrust Properties Corp. In 2010, Sara started as an Accounting Manager, Lease Reporting, and later became the Director of Operational Accounting. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Property Accounting at the company.
