Chris Schlect

Chris Schlect, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in both development and property accounting. Currently serving as Vice President at WinnCompanies since September 2015, Chris has held multiple titles, including Vice President of Accounting, Director of Accounting, and Portfolio Controller. Prior experience includes a tenure at AAFCPAs from June 2009 to September 2015 as Audit Manager and Audit Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed directing multiple engagements, overseeing audit teams, presenting findings to clients' management, and conducting in-house training on audit-related topics. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
