Magda Lukaszewicz

Magda Lukaszewicz is a Partner at Inventure, specializing in early-stage investments across the Nordics and Baltics since March 2025. Magda serves as a Board Observer for Lassie and has held various board positions including Board Director at 32Co and Board Observer roles at Uncommon and Tibber, among others. Previous experience includes significant roles at Balderton Capital as Principal, focusing on seed and series A financing in the Nordics, Baltics, and CEE. Prior to this, Magda worked at Goldman Sachs in Investment Banking, engaging in M&A for consumer, retail, and healthcare sectors. Magda holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Economics from Lund University and has participated in an exchange program at Copenhagen Business School.
