Cirrus Shakeri

Cirrus Shakeri is the Co-Founder & CEO at Inventurist. Prior to Inventurist, Cirrus served as Chief AI Architect and Advisor at AIBrain, Inc., responsible for the overall architecture of the company's AI technology platform as well as developing new products to expand AIBrain's market. Cirrus has also been a Startup Advisor at Plug and Play Tech Center, helping startups with technology, product positioning, and team development.

Cirrus' professional experience also includes Senior Director of CTO Projects - Big Data & Semantic Technologies at SAP, where they delivered new class of context-aware enterprise applications based on Big Data analytics technologies: natural language processing, machine learning, graph reasoning, and semantic technologies. Cirrus has also served as a Senior Fellow - Semantic Technologies at Pegasystems and as a Solution Architect - Knowledge-Based Systems at Dassault Systemes.

Cirrus Shakeri has a Ph.D. in Engineering/Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a post graduate certificate in organizational leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute, and a master of science from the University of Tehran. Cirrus also has certification from Coursera in New Venture Finance: Startup Funding for Entrepreneurs.
