Shikhin Garg

Shikhin Garg has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shikhin currently holds positions as Chief of Staff at both Inventus Capital Partners and Silicon Valley Quad (SVQ), starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Everest Group from April 2021 to January 2022. In 2020, they founded and served as the President of 180 Degrees Consulting. Shikhin also worked as an Intern at Everest Group in April and May 2020. In 2018, Shikhin was a Management Trainee at Siria Impex Pvt. Ltd., and before that, they held the role of Executive at HSCC (India) Limited from July 2017 to May 2018. Shikhin has also worked as a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 2018 and as a Delegate at the Bharti Institute of Public Policy, ISB in June and July 2015. Additionally, they were a part of the Organizing Committee for the Harvard US-India Initiative from July 2020 to February 2021, where they played a key role in sourcing contacts and facilitating discussions with various speakers.

Shikhin Garg has a diverse education history. From 2012 to 2017, they attended Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they earned both a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's Degree in Biological Sciences. In 2016, Shikhin was a Visiting Researcher in the Department of Civil Engineering at National Chiao Tung University, focusing on Construction Management. In 2019, they pursued a Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Prior to these higher education experiences, Shikhin completed their Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram in 2012 and their Secondary School Examination (Class X) at Apeejay School Noida from 2000 to 2010.

Furthermore, Shikhin has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2019, they achieved a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG India and a FLIP Certified Professional-Finance and Banking Fundamentals (India) from Finitiatives Learning India Pvt Ltd. (FLIP). In 2015, Shikhin became an Autodesk Certified Professional, specializing in AutoCAD 2014, certified by Autodesk.
