Paul Kudrna is the Director of Engineering at Inventus Power, where Paul leads a team of engineers in developing high reliability battery packs. Prior to this, Paul held engineering management roles at companies such as Astronics Armstrong Aerospace, The Morey Corporation, Motorola Solutions, and Research In Motion. Paul's extensive experience includes product development, system integration, and regulatory certification engineering. Kudrna also worked as a Principal Technical Staff Engineer at Product Development Technologies and as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Motorola Mobile Devices. Paul holds a BSME degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
