Morgan Smith

Morgan Smith is an experienced planning professional currently serving as the Team Leader for Planning at Invercargill City Council since July 2023. Prior to this role, Morgan held various positions at 4Sight Consulting Limited from April 2019 to July 2023, including Senior Planning and Policy Consultant and Planning and Policy Consultant. Morgan's career in planning began at Clutha District Council as a Planner from October 2014 to April 2019. Academically, Morgan holds a Graduate Diploma in Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, both from the University of Otago.
