Laia joined Inveready in 2022 as the Venture Capital and Corporate Lawyer.
Prior to joining Inveready, she has worked as a corporate lawyer in Grant Thornton for more than 7 years, where she has specialized in M&A, restructuring transactions and investment rounds lead by venture capital entities, advising either national and international clients from different sectors and businesses.
Laia holds a degree in Law and a Master in Legal Practice from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and she is currently studying the Executive MBA at ESADE (Barcelona).
