Before joining Inversago in August 2022, Jean-Daniel founded JDB Legal Inc., a consultancy that provided key legal & general counsel services, acting as a strategic advisor to the board of directors, executives, and mid-level managers for emerging companies and |PO candidates.
Jean-Daniel started his career in private practice (2006-2012) with a focus on business and securities law matters before joining Neptune Wellnes Solutions Inc. (and subsidiary Acasti Pharma Inc) where he served as Vice President, Legal Affairs and secretary and earned several distinctions for his Work.
