Justin Fiaschetti

CEO & Co-Founder at Inversion

Justin Fiaschetti has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 when they founded Fiaschetti Woodworking, a company specializing in the design and fabrication of one-of-a-kind desks. In 2018, they became the Vice Director and Treasurer of the Boston University Rocket Propulsion Group, where they were the Project Lead, Lead Designer, Co-Designer or Manufacturer on multiple rocket projects. That same year, they also interned at GE Aviation, where they designed a new heating and cooling fluid system for the manufacturing of composite parts for the GE9X. In 2020, Justin became a Propulsion Engineer at Relativity Space, a Raptor GSE Engineering at SpaceX, and the CEO & Co-Founder of Inversion. Justin also founded Harmony Tool Co., a woodworking tool company, and designed, manufactured, and sold the Iris Steady Rest.

Justin Fiaschetti holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with Aerospace Concentration from Boston University and is currently participating in Y Combinator's Inversion Space program (YC S21).
