With a background in international economics and a focus on East Asia, Falko also worked as an Executive Search Consultant with a focus on the Chinese, Korean, and Japanese market at coni + partner. Additionally, Falko has experience in lateral hire integration coordination and has completed a year abroad at Peking University with a focus on Sinology.
