Kristina Beckehoff

Kristina Beckehoff currently holds the position of Head of HR Strategy & HR IT at Vonovia, a role taken on in April 2024. Prior to this, Kristina served at TÜV Rheinland Group from October 2019 to March 2024, where responsibilities included Head of Digital HR Transformation & Strategic Projects, Senior Project Manager HR Transformation, and Project Manager HR Transformation. Kristina's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Kienbaum from September 2016 to July 2019, as well as internship roles at Porsche Consulting, L'Oréal, and Henkel. Kristina earned a Master of Arts in International Business from CBS International Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences.
