Maja Cwiklinska

Maja Cwiklinska is a Senior Consultant at INVERTO, a BCG Company, since February 2024. Prior to this role, Maja served as Procurement Manager for Europe at Pandora from September 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included analyzing cluster spend, enhancing Procurement Policy compliance, and strengthening supply chain relations. Maja has also held positions as a Strategic Sourcing Consultant and Student Assistant at Pandora, and as a Planning Specialist at Procter & Gamble. Earlier career experiences include roles at EY and AKQA. Maja holds a Master's degree in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath, complemented by studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bilingual International Baccalaureate Diploma from the American School of Warsaw.
