David Dowsett

David Dowsett serves as the Global Head of AI and Emerging Technology at Invesco Ltd., overseeing a team that aligns technology strategy with organizational goals. With extensive experience in technology leadership roles, including positions at Fidelity International and a background as CTO for companies such as Harmonic and Global Crossing, Dowsett has consistently driven digital transformation and innovation within the financial services sector. In addition to current roles on multiple boards, including FinTech Atlanta and the MBA Advisory Board at Kennesaw State University, Dowsett is a fellow at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, contributing to research on digital ledger and tokenization. Dowsett holds an MBA from The Open University Business School and possesses credentials in Prince2 project management.
