Katie Giachardi

Katie Giachardi is an accomplished professional in talent management and development, currently serving as Head of Talent for EMEA, Americas & Investments and Head of the Talent & Leadership Center of Excellence at Invesco Ltd. since October 2019. Prior to this role, Katie was Head of EMEA Talent and Head of Learning & Development EMEA at Invesco, where achievements included integrating talent strategies and enhancing organizational culture. Previous experience includes leadership positions at dmg media as Head of Talent & Capability, Barclays as Organisation Development Lead and Talent & Learning Lead, and ACCA as Head of Organisation Development. Educational qualifications include an MA in Organisation Studies and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick, as well as an MA in Human Resource Management & Development from London Metropolitan University.
