Michelle Zhou

Michelle Zhou currently serves as the Head of Audit for the Americas and Global Technology at Invesco Ltd., a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Managing Director and Head of Audit at Guggenheim Partners from March 2012 to May 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with senior management, developing remediation plans for control deficiencies, and managing audits across diverse investment management areas. Previous experience includes positions as Director and Vice President of Internal Audit at Guggenheim Partners, and Manager of Internal Audit at Deloitte & Touche. Michelle began in the finance sector as the Head of Information Technology at China Pacific Insurance Company, overseeing operations and controls. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Accounting Science from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree from Chongqing University.
