Andrei Gudumac

Andrei Gudumac is an experienced audit and risk management professional, currently serving as Head of Internal Audit at Invest AD since June 2017, overseeing audit functions for the company and its subsidiaries. Gudumac also holds positions as an Independent Audit Committee Member for Massar Solutions and Mobiserve Holding, and as Head of Internal Audit at AD Investment Management. Previously, Gudumac worked at KPMG in both the UAE and Romania, focusing on internal audit, risk consulting, and assurance services. Educational qualifications include ACCA membership, a Master's degree in Project Management, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics, supplemented by studies at Ruhr University Bochum and certification from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
