Katlego Motlafe is an experienced professional in information security and risk management, currently serving as an Information Security and Risk Officer at Invest AD since February 2022, responsible for InfoSec strategic planning and operational risk management. Prior roles include IT Security Specialist at FNB South Africa, where Katlego focused on implementing security controls, and IT Risk Analyst at Investec, responsible for maintaining IT risk frameworks. Additionally, Katlego has held leadership positions at Wolfpack Information Risk and consultancy roles at Deloitte, developing expertise in cyber security, risk governance, and compliance. With a foundational background in law enforcement as a Sergeant for the City of Tshwane, Katlego’s education includes a BCom Hons in Computer Forensics from the University of Cape Town and multiple qualifications in forensic investigations and security risk management from the University of South Africa.
