Aastha Grover

Aastha Grover began their work experience in 2008 as an intern at SBI Mutual Fund, where they rotated through various departments and received a letter of appreciation for their performance. Aastha then went on to work as an intern at PwC India in 2009. In 2010, Aastha joined A.T. Kearney as a Senior Research Analyst, where they provided research support to global clients and set up the FIG Asia Research Team. In 2014, they worked as a Social Work Intern at SEWA, conducting a study on women micro entrepreneurs in Gujarat and providing recommendations for sustainable business models. In 2014, Aastha also worked as a Finance Intern at HSBC, where they contributed to the enhancement of the premier proposition by benchmarking competitors and improving customer engagement through digital channels. Aastha then joined HSBC as a Resident Management Trainee in 2015, where they focused on business development, product implementation, and market analysis. Since 2016, Aastha has been part of Invest India, initially as a Manager and Co-Head of Startup India, and currently as the Head of Startup India, leading the flagship initiative of the Government of India to build a strong ecosystem for nurturing innovation and startups in the country.

Aastha Grover has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) in Finance from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. Aastha also has a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance, General from College of Business Studies (SSCBS, Delhi University). Additionally, they have received multiple certifications, including an AI Aware Badge - AI For All from CBSE and Intel, and various leadership and entrepreneurship certifications from LinkedIn.
