Conor Dunbar

Conor Dunbar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as the Digital ICT Sector Lead at Invest Northern Ireland since November 2019, where the focus is on promoting the growth of the Digital ICT Sector. Prior to this role, Conor held the position of Deputy Principal at the Department for the Economy NI from July 2002 to November 2019, overseeing the Foresight research programme, which informs economic policy through systematic and participatory future intelligence gathering. Conor's educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Cluster Development from Ulster University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Information Systems from Queen's University Belfast, and a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from Queen's University Belfast, supplemented by studies at Universidad de Alcalá.
