Jolene Mackay has over 15 years of experience in administrative and executive roles, currently serving as an Executive Officer at Invest Northern Ireland since June 2008. Initially part of the Universities and Commercialisation Team, Jolene transitioned to Budget and Compliance Support as well as Innovation Research and Development in October 2012. Between June 2019 and April 2020, Jolene took a career break from Invest NI, during which a Level 3 Classroom Assistant certification was completed while volunteering at Regent House Prep School. Prior to joining Invest NI, Jolene held the position of Administrative Officer in the Exports Department at DARD from June 2006 to May 2008 and worked as an Administrative Officer within the Northern Ireland Civil Service from June 1997 to May 2006. Educationally, Jolene attended Comber High School and Grosvenor Grammar School.
