Ambar Soto serves as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Invest Ontario since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ambar held various positions at Development Counsellors International, including Tourism Sales Executive, Account Assistant, and Destination Marketer from August 2019 to September 2023. Experience with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi involved serving as the Travel Trade Sales & Marketing Executive for the Americas between May 2021 and October 2022. Ambar's professional journey also includes roles as Purchasing Coordinator at AMS Aircraft Maintenance Solutions, Executive Administrative Assistant IV at Conduent, and Administrative Assistant at DTS, Higher Results. Earlier work experience includes a Finance Intern position at Club Point and a Research Intern role at Centro de Estudios Monetarios y Bancarios, focusing on Investment Funds Research. Ambar's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Marketing - Digital and Social Media from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
