Marie Ainsworth

Marie Ainsworth is an experienced professional in program management and project coordination, currently serving as Senior Manager of Programs at Invest Ottawa since September 2016, with a progressive history in various roles including Program Manager and Program Coordinator. Prior to this, Marie worked as a Project Officer at The SecDev Foundation from October 2012 to September 2016, and held positions as a Research Assistant at the University of Ottawa and Assistant Researcher at Canadian Development Consultants International Inc. Marie holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History, demonstrating a strong academic background in education and history.
