Jay Heirshberg has a strong background in leveraged finance and credit analysis. Jay started their career at BNP Paribas in 2003, where they served as a Vice President until 2007. Jay then joined American Capital as a Vice President from 2007 to 2009. Jay continued to work in leveraged finance at Siemens Financial Services as a Vice President from 2010 to 2013, including a period at the London office. Jay then moved to American Capital as a Principal from 2013 to 2017, where they served on the Investment Committee. Currently, they are a Principal at Investcorp, specifically working as a Senior Credit Analyst in the Leveraged Finance and CLO group, covering various sectors.
Jay Heirshberg received a B.A. with Honors in Economics from Brown University from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued an M.B.A. in Finance at UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2001 to 2003.
