Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Investar Bank is responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and training and development programs to ensure a skilled and satisfied workforce. This team, led by the Chief Human Resources Officer and including roles such as the Training and Development Manager and Senior Human Resources Officer, also collaborates closely with the Chief Risk Officer to mitigate HR-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
