Daniel Hutton

Daniel Hutton is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an in-house lawyer in the General Counsel's Office at Investec since May 2018, specializing in commercial litigation and investigations. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at Osborne Clarke from March 2011 to April 2018, including Senior Associate, where responsibilities involved advising on complex commercial disputes, particularly in international arbitration and multi-jurisdictional litigation in the digital business and renewable energy sectors. Daniel began a career in law as an Administrative Assistant at Bracher Rawlins and completed a training contract at Osborne Clarke, which included a secondment at Cable & Wireless Worldwide. Daniel holds multiple legal qualifications, including a Bachelor of Laws from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Solicitor Advocacy Qualification from The University of Law.
