Niki van Wyk

Niki van Wyk is an experienced Group Company Secretary with a robust background in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Currently serving at Investec since May 2014, Niki directs a comprehensive company secretarial service for a group comprising 300 entities in the UK and South Africa, managing a team of 30 employees and acting as the statutory appointed company secretary to various boards and committees. Previous roles include Group Company Secretary and EA to the CEO at AFGRI, where responsibilities included managing a delisting and oversight of legal teams, and positions at Absa Group and EY, where Niki managed company secretarial functions and projects.
