Reena Sukha

Reena Sukha is a dynamic professional with over 12 years of experience in Banking Finance, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Project Management, Digital Transformation, and Digital Channels. Currently serving as the CIO - Client Digital Experience at Investec Bank PLC since December 2011, Reena is responsible for leading digital initiatives in the UK as the Head of Digital. Previous roles include Business Analyst at Standard Bank and Digital Manager and Business Analyst at Zensar Technologies, where significant contributions were made in designing data flows and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Reena holds multiple degrees, including a BCOM in Informatics from the University of South Africa and specialized qualifications in Business Analysis from FTI, along with completion of the Oxford Fintech Programme at the University of Oxford.
