Ryan Tholet

Ryan Tholet is an experienced executive in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Executive Head of Private Clients, Real Estate, and Global Markets FICC Trading & Risk Solutions at Investec since June 2020. With a strong background in private banking, Tholet previously held key leadership roles, including Head of Investec Private Bank UK and Head of Investec Private Bank SA, where the focus was on high-net-worth clients and entrepreneurial ventures. Tholet's extensive experience includes responsibilities in treasury management, derivative sales, and client relationship building, spanning multiple roles at Citigroup and Standard Bank earlier in the career. Tholet holds several advanced degrees, including a Dip Mathematical Modelling of Derivatives and a B Comm (Honours) in Economics and Finance from the University of South Africa, as well as executive training from Harvard Business School and Singularity University.
