Franko Ali has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. 🌱 Franko started their career as Vice President Board of Directors for Associated Students, Inc., where they managed a multi-million dollar budget and provided representation for over 30,000 students. 🌱 Franko then worked as a Project Manager at Cesar Chavez Student Center, leading the publicity and marketing department. Later, at San Francisco State University, they served as a Design Manager, leading a creative team to revitalize on-campus activities and services.

In the corporate world, Franko worked at Discovery Communications as a Marketing Manager, where they played a crucial role in bridging the gaps between linear and digital, executing marketing plans, building paid media campaigns, and consulting with linear teams. 🌱 Franko also served as an Audience Development & YouTube Specialist, optimizing content and defining audience development programs.

Franko also held positions in the media industry, working as a Senior Brand Manager for Seeker at Group Nine Media, where they led brand creative and managed the audience development team. 🌱 Franko then joined Finder as a Creative Marketing Lead, overseeing brand marketing, media production, and content strategy for Australia's largest comparison platform.

In recent years, Franko has focused on the startup ecosystem. 🌱 Franko worked as a Student Fellowship Coach at Startmate, coaching aspiring entrepreneurs. Currently, they are serving as Head of Brand and Marketing at Investible, an Asia-Pacific venture capital firm, where they are responsible for brand development, communications, and marketing operations. Additionally, Franko is a Startup Mentor at Catalysr, an accelerator for migrant and refugee entrepreneurs looking to build their own tech startups in Australia.
