Matthew Lumb is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as Managing Partner for the Middle East at The IN Group since June 2025 and as Director at Investigo since September 2020, where Matthew leads the European Consulting Search practice with a focus on senior hires in HR Consulting. Prior experience includes leadership roles at La Fosse Associates as Practice Lead for Technology Leadership and various positions at Randstad and Morgan Hunt. Matthew’s career began as an elite rugby player with Saracens RFC and includes a solid educational background with A Levels in Business Studies, Geography, and Physical Education from Felsted School.
