Kaushik Sarkar

Kaushik Sarkar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and digital transformation across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director for Europe, the Middle-East, and India at Thoughtworks since March 2025, Sarkar previously held the position of President at Collabera Digital from June 2023 to February 2025. Prior to that, a tenure as Group Vice President overseeing EMEA and APAC at GlobalLogic was complemented by a role as EMEA Leader for IBM iX, focusing on digital business reimagination. Additional leadership experience includes Chairing the Board at Oy Samlink Ab and heading Northern Europe and Digital GTM for Cognizant, where full P&L responsibilities were managed in multiple regions. With a foundational background at Tata Consultancy Services, Sarkar's education includes an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a B.Sc. in Physics from Presidency University, Kolkata.
