Elena Spreafico

Elena Spreafico is an experienced professional in operations and technology transformations, currently serving on the Operational Improvement Team at Investindustrial since October 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager in Advisory MED Performance Improvement at EY from January 2017 to September 2019, where a strong background in supply chain and operations was developed. At Accenture, from December 2009 to December 2016, Elena held various positions including Strategy Manager and Strategy Consultant, focusing on complex transformation programs and logistics assessments in the Aerospace & Defense industry. Elena's academic foundation includes an MSc in State Solid Physics and a BSc in Physics from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, where also post-graduate studies in phase-change materials were conducted.
