Krishna Joshi

Krishna Joshi has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in investment funds and private equity. Krishna is currently working at Investindustrial as a Legal Counsel, Vice President, where they are involved in fund formation, structuring, general funds matters, co-investments, secondaries, and private equity. Prior to this role, they worked at Linklaters as an Associate in the Investment Funds department. Krishna also had a secondment at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where they served as a Legal Counsel (Associate Secondee) and worked on the management of the SoftBank Vision Fund. Krishna Joshi started their career with internships at SJ Berwin and Herbert Smith Freehills, and they also completed vacation schemes at King & Wood Mallesons and Linklaters.
