Serhan Guner

Serhan Guner is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and manufacturing management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence and Value Creation at Investindustrial since April 2025, Serhan previously held significant roles including Director of Manufacturing Excellence at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, and Global Head of Lean Manufacturing at Brembo S.p.A. Notable achievements include successfully coordinating World Class Manufacturing initiatives across multiple business lines at Magneti Marelli, leading to numerous awards for operational performance. Serhan's career began at Whirlpool Corporation, where various positions were held within the Fast Track Management Program. Academically, Serhan holds a Master of Science in Management & Economics & Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Kadir Has University, along with additional education in Business Administration from VILNIUS TECH.
