Klodjan Rada

Klodjan Rada is a sales and management professional with extensive experience in coaching and training. Currently serving as a Mid Level Mng & Sales Coach at Investing.com since September 2019, Klodjan focuses on building and maintaining a motivated sales team, enhancing sales performance, and reducing employee turnover. Prior to this role, Klodjan worked at Telekom Albania from November 2009 to September 2019 as the Head of Sales Training Section, creating effective training curricula for retail staff to maximize performance, and as a Sales Trainer. Additionally, experience includes working as a Trainer in the HR Department and as a Customer Care Supervisor at Albanian Mobile Communications from September 2007 to September 2009. Klodjan holds a Bachelor’s degree in German and Communication Science from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, attained between 2005 and 2009.
