Kelly Williams currently serves as Co-Head of the Eaton Vance Equity & Diversified Equity Group at Morgan Stanley since January 2023. Prior to this, Kelly has held the position of President & Chief Operating Officer at Atlanta Capital Management Co., LLC since July 1996. In addition, Kelly has been a Board Member of the Investment Adviser Association since June 2020, representing a membership of 640 firms that manage $20 trillion in assets and advocating for high standards in the investment advisory profession. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

The Investment Adviser Association is a not-for-profit organization that exclusively represents the interests of fiduciary investment adviser firms. The IAA membership manages in excess of $25 trillion in assets for a wide variety of institutional and individual clients, including pension plans, trusts, investment companies, private funds, endowments, foundations, and corporations.
