Sara Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project administration and compliance management within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Administrator at IDM Companies since April 2022, Sara has previously held key roles such as Contracts and Compliance Manager at Saxum Stone, LLC. and Commercial Project Coordinator at Wall to Wall Stone Corp. With a solid foundation in risk management, financial analysis, and contract administration, Sara's expertise includes handling subs/construction agreements, managing insurance requirements, and facilitating project documentation. Early in their career, Sara gained experience as a Pre-Qualification Analyst at Holland Construction and as a Window Treatment Consultant at Creative Window Concepts.
