Ben de Prisco

Ben De Prisco has extensive experience in risk management, with their most recent position being Chief Risk Officer at Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO), which they have held since November 2020. Prior to this role, they served as SVP, Investment Risk at IMCO from March 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining IMCO, Ben worked at Scotiabank as VP, Head of Market Risk Measurement from June 2015 to February 2019. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director of Risk Management at OMERS Capital Markets from January 2013 to April 2015.

Ben's career began at Algorithmics in July 1995, where they held the role of SVP Research & Financial Engineering until December 2012.

Ben De Prisco holds a Chartered Financial Analyst degree from the CFA Institute. Ben also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, Economics, and Accounting from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
