Bert Clark has extensive work experience in various roles at different companies. Bert started their career at Scotiabank in 2008, where they served as the Managing Director of Global Infrastructure Finance and Head of Canada and the U.S. In 2012, they moved to Infrastructure Ontario, where they held the position of President & CEO until 2016. Bert then joined the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) as President & CEO. In 2019, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at the C.D. Howe Institute, and in 2021, they assumed the role of Chair of the Board of Governors at North York General Hospital.
Bert Clark obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from McGill University in 1994. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Queen's University, which they completed in 1997. Later, they attended Duke University School of Law, earning a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in an unspecified field of study in 2001.
