Mariana MacIntosh

Mariana MacIntosh has a wealth of experience in the legal field, starting their career as an Associate at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP in 2003. Mariana then moved on to Goodmans LLP in 2004, where they assumed the role of Associate until 2007. Following that, Mariana joined the Royal Bank of Canada as Senior Counsel from 2007 to 2011.

In 2011, they joined Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan as a Legal Counsel and gradually climbed up the ranks, serving as Senior Legal Counsel from 2015 to 2016, Director & Associate General Counsel from 2017 to 2018, and finally as Managing Director & Associate General Counsel from 2018 to 2022.

Currently, Mariana holds the position of Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO), a position they assumed in May 2022.

Mariana MacIntosh has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa. Mariana also has an LL.B degree from Western University.
